Cattlemen’s Beef Board (CBB)

During my time at Swanson Russell, I served as the lead content creator for the Cattlemen’s Beef Board (CBB) account, which included copywriting articles and other written materials for The Drive newsletter, website and social media. I monitored all CBB social media accounts and tracked SEO analytics to ensure articles and social posts were being elevated to the highest degree. As Public Relations Associate, I established a new brand and messaging platform for CBB focused on clear, concise language that informed producers about how the Beef Checkoff helps drive beef demand. In addition to articles, I assisted in the copywriting of various radio and promotional ads. I also helped the digital team as they worked diligently to create and update the CBB’s new website, which launched the Summer of 2019, by drafting and reviewing all copy, as well as creating a new tagging system for all website content.

I penned all articles written for the CBB’s The Drive from February 2019-January 2020. These articles focused on informing cattle producers about how their checkoff dollars were being spent to help drive beef demand.
